Colegio Alemán del Istmo is once again looking for a host family, this time to receive Leja Cornelsen from Bochum/Germany, a new academic intern who will reside in Panama and work at the school from August to November 2024.
This exciting opportunity offers families the unique experience of welcoming an additional member into their home, sharing traditions and customs, and creating lifelong intercultural connections.
This experience is also an opportunity to strengthen your child’s German language skills in a family context with more flexible structures than school classes.
So far, two families from our institution have already confirmed their willingness to host interns, letting a little bit of Germany into their homes. We thank them for their willingness and enthusiasm!
