Claims, Evidence, and Reasoning
In this class, students plan and conduct an experiment with vinegar and baking soda. They were able to understand that a complete scientific explanation needs three parts: a claim, evidence, and reasoning.

Claim: The largest amount of vinegar will react the most.
Evidence: The container with 200 ml of vinegar made more bubbles than the others.
Reasoning: The evidence showed that more vinegar makes a larger reaction than a little vinegar.
