Conference Highlights Study Opportunities in Germany
On April 10, 2024, Colegio Alemán Del Istmo, successfully held the conference «The Importance of Education with a German Focus in Latin America», which took place in person on Wednesday, April 10th. This event was aimed at students, parents, and special guests interested in learning more about Germany’s academic profile.
The school led the organization of this meeting around its value proposition focused on the language and culture of Germany. On this occasion, we received the honorable international visit of Mrs. Katharina Fleckenstein and Mrs. Irena Rusak, representatives of the DAAD – German Academic Exchange Service for in Mexico and Central America.
The Administration, the Academic Direction, and the interdisciplinary team of the school have shown a high level of interest from the Educational Community regarding Germany’s profile as a destination for university studies. Similarly, the prestige of the DAAD guarantees up-to-date information and timely promotion of this destination.
The occasion also served as a space to establish connections among members of the German community in Panama.
