Our students from 7th, 8th, and 9th grades attended the book fair at ATLAPA. Some of the main objectives of this experiential field trip were to promote reading and literature knowledge, and to understand, gather information, and comprehend how the publishing industry works. They were able to bring awareness to the number of genres that can be found and to mesmerize by the cultural enrichment that was presented. The students were able to celebrate the lives of authors, illustrators, and other individuals involved in the book-making process.
